(B12) Dead Bug Heel Tap
To execute a dead bug heel tap, start by lying on your back with your arms extended towards the ceiling and your legs lifted towards the ceiling with knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Lower one leg towards the ground while keeping your lower back pressed into the floor, tapping your heel lightly on the ground before returning to the starting position. Alternate legs in a controlled manner, engaging your core muscles throughout the movement to stabilize the pelvis and spine.
