(B13) Dead Bug Full Extension

The dead bug exercise is a core-strengthening movement performed while lying on your back. Start by lifting your arms and legs towards the ceiling with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Alternate by fully extending one arm and the opposite leg towards the ground while keeping your lower back pressed into the floor, engaging your core muscles to maintain stability and control throughout the movement.
