The Inchworm with Hand Release Push-Up is a dynamic full-body exercise that combines elements of both the inchworm and the hand release push-up. Start in a standing position, hinge at the hips, and walk your hands out into a plank position. Perform a push-up, releasing your hands from the ground at the bottom of the movement before pressing back up, then walk your hands back towards your feet and return to standing, engaging your core and upper body throughout the movement for a comprehensive strength-building workout.
