Join Now(B11) Straight Leg Alt Raise
To perform a straight leg alternating leg lift, lie on your back with your legs straight and together. Lift one leg towards the ceiling while keeping it straight, then lower it back down towards the ground. Depending on your progression, you may increase the difficulty. Repeat the movement with the opposite leg, alternating sides to engage the lower abdominal muscles and hip flexors effectively.
