(G5) TRX Slide Lunge

The TRX Slide Lunge is a challenging lower body exercise that targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and core muscles while also improving balance and stability. To perform the exercise, stand facing the anchor point with one foot in the foot cradle of the TRX strap, and the other foot on the ground. Slide the foot in the foot cradle back into a lunge position, bending both knees to lower your body towards the ground. Keep your chest up and core engaged as you push through the heel of the front foot to return to the starting position. Repeat for desired reps before switching legs. Focus on maintaining control and stability throughout the movement, using the TRX strap for support as needed.
