(E11) Divebombs

Start by standing with the yoga ball in front of you. Dive your chest towards the ball in a divebomb motion, allowing your elbows to bend until you're in a forearm plank position on the ball. Push back up to the starting plank position by extending your arms, engaging your core and stabilizing muscles for a dynamic exercise that challenges your upper body, core, and balance.
