(G4) TRX Pistol Squat

The TRX Pistol Squat is an advanced lower body exercise that targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and core muscles while also improving balance and stability. To perform the exercise, adjust the TRX straps to mid-length and hold onto the handles with both hands. Lift one foot off the ground and extend it straight out in front of you, then lower your body into a squat position while keeping the suspended foot elevated. Use the TRX straps for support as needed to maintain balance and control throughout the movement. Push through your heel to return to the starting position and repeat for desired reps before switching legs. Focus on maintaining proper form, keeping your chest up and core engaged, and controlling the descent and ascent of the squat for optimal results.
