Cool Down

A cool down stretch is a series of static stretches performed at the end of a workout session. These stretches aim to gradually relax muscles, reduce tension, and improve flexibility after physical activity. Cool down stretches help to promote muscle recovery, prevent stiffness, and enhance overall flexibility and mobility. They typically target major muscle groups used during the workout, such as the hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, chest, back, and shoulders, and are held for 15-30 seconds each.
