(B7) Plank Alt Leg Raise

To execute a Plank Alt Leg Raise, begin in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels. Engage your core muscles and lift one leg off the ground, raising it straight back behind you while maintaining stability in the plank. Lower the leg back down and repeat the movement with the opposite leg, alternating sides to target the glutes, hamstrings, and core muscles effectively.
