Join Now(B6) Plank Lateral Foot Tap
To execute a Plank Lateral Foot Tap, begin in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels. Keeping your core engaged and hips stable, lift one foot off the ground and tap it out to the side, then return it to the starting position. Repeat the movement with the other foot, alternating sides, to target the obliques and improve balance and stability in the plank position.
