(B5) Hand Release Push-Up Pike

To perform a Hand Release Push-Up Pike, start in a plank position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Lower your body into a push-up, releasing your hands from the ground at the bottom of the movement, then press back up to the plank position. From there, lift your hips towards the ceiling, forming an inverted V shape with your body, engaging your core and shoulder muscles before returning to the starting position.
