(B17) Diamond Sit-Up

To perform a Diamond Sit-Up, start by lying on your back with your knees bent and the soles of your feet together, forming a diamond shape with your legs. Place your hands behind your head with your arms fully extended. Engage your core muscles and lift your upper body off the ground, aiming to touch your elbows to your knees by reaching past your toes, then lower back down with control to complete one repetition.
