(B15) Mountain Climbers

Mountain climbers are a dynamic bodyweight exercise that targets multiple muscle groups, including the core, shoulders, and legs. To perform them, start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels. Then, alternate quickly bringing one knee towards your chest while keeping the other leg extended, resembling a running motion, to increase heart rate, improve cardiovascular fitness, and strengthen the entire body.
