(G13) Pivot Drive Banded Rotation

To perform a banded lateral rotation with a pivot on the back leg, start by attaching a resistance band to a sturdy anchor at waist height. Stand perpendicular to the anchor point with your feet shoulder-width apart and the band in front of you, holding it with both hands at chest level. As you pull the band across your body, pivot on the back foot and drive your hip forward, engaging your core and obliques while creating rotational force. Return to the starting position with control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides. Focus on maintaining stability and proper form throughout the movement to effectively engage the targeted muscles.
