(F5) Squat and Press

To perform a squat with a dumbbell press, start by holding a pair of dumbbells at shoulder height with your palms facing forward, standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back, keeping your chest upright and knees tracking over your toes. As you return to the standing position, press the dumbbells overhead, fully extending your arms. Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height as you lower into the next squat repetition. Repeat the movement, coordinating the squat and press actions for a full-body exercise targeting the lower body, shoulders, and arms.
