(F20) Bird Dog One Arm Row

Assume a tabletop position on hands and knees, keeping the spine neutral and core engaged. Extend one arm forward while simultaneously lifting the opposite leg straight back, maintaining balance and stability. Perform a rowing motion with the extended arm, pulling the elbow towards the torso while keeping the back straight and engaging the muscles of the upper back and core.
