A straight leg bridge on a yoga ball involves lying on your back with your feet resting on the yoga ball and your legs extended straight. Engage your core muscles and lift your hips towards the ceiling, creating a straight line from your shoulders to your heels. Hold the position briefly, then lower your hips back down with control to complete the exercise.
