(E4) V-Ups Leg Raise

To perform a V-up leg raise with a yoga ball, start by lying on your back with the yoga ball between your feet. Engage your core muscles as you simultaneously lift your legs and torso towards each other, forming a V-shape with your body. Use the stability of the yoga ball to challenge your balance and control throughout the movement, then lower back down with control to complete one repetition.
