(G10) TRX Standing Side Bend

The TRX Standing Side Bend is an effective exercise for targeting the obliques and improving core stability. Begin by adjusting the TRX straps to mid-length and holding onto the handles with both hands. Stand facing the anchor point with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended overhead, palms facing inward. Engage your core muscles and maintain a neutral spine as you lean your upper body to one side, bending at the waist while keeping your hips stationary. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the opposite side. Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on controlled movement and maintaining stability throughout.
