(C8) Arm Walks

Begin in a plank position on your elbows with your elbows directly beneath your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels. From this position, press up onto one hand, then the other, until you are in a plank position on your hands, then lower back down to your elbows one arm at a time, alternating sides. Focus on maintaining core stability and alignment throughout the movement, engaging your shoulder and core muscles effectively.
