Join Now(C10) Hand Release Plank Ups
To perform a hand release plank-up, start in a plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders. Lower your body towards the ground until your chest touches the floor, then release your hands briefly by lifting them off the ground and to the side like an airplane. Press back up to the starting plank position, engaging your chest, shoulders, and posterior chain to complete the movement effectively.
