(C1) Bird Dogs
Bird dogs are a classic core-strengthening exercise that targets the abdominals, lower back, and glutes. Begin on your hands and knees with your wrists aligned under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Extend one arm forward and the opposite leg backward while maintaining a straight spine, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side, alternating sides to engage both sides of the core and improve stability effectively.
