TRX Oblique Drives are a dynamic core exercise that targets the obliques, shoulders, and hip stabilizers. Begin by adjusting the TRX straps to mid-length and holding onto the handles with both hands. Assume a plank position facing away from the anchor point with your feet in the foot cradles of the TRX straps. Engage your core muscles and maintain a straight line from head to heels. Then, rotate your hips and shoulders to one side while driving one knee towards the opposite elbow, engaging the obliques. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on controlled movement and maintaining stability throughout.
