(F17) Bulgarian Split Squat

To perform a Bulgarian Split Squat, start by standing in front of a bench or platform with a dumbbell in each hand. Place one foot behind you on the bench, resting the top of your foot on it, while keeping the other foot planted firmly on the ground. Lower your body by bending your front knee until your thigh is parallel to the ground, then push through your front heel to return to the starting position, completing the movement for the desired number of repetitions to target the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes effectively.
