The Foundation Month One Program
The Foundation program is a comprehensive workout plan available for purchase, designed to build a strong foundation of glute and core muscles while improving balance and alleviating pain. 24 workouts per month (M,T,W,Th,F,S) composed of three exercises per day performed in a superset fashion with adequate rest periods between sets.
Only equipment needed is a mini resistance band.
