(B9) Bent Leg Alt Raise

To execute a bent knee alternating leg raise, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Keep your arms by your sides for support. Lift one leg towards your chest while keeping both knees bent, then lower it back down and repeat with the opposite leg, alternating sides to engage the lower abdominal muscles and hip flexors effectively.
