(E8) Bridge Hold

To perform a bridge hold on a yoga ball, start by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet on the yoga ball. Place the yoga ball underneath your feet to challenge your stability and endurance. Lift your hips off the ground to create a bridge position, using the ball to challenge your body, and hold this position for a set amount of time, engaging your core and lower body muscles for stability and strength.
