Join Now(E12) Elbow Drive
The elbow drive plank on a yoga ball begins with you assuming a plank position on your forearms with your elbows resting on the ball and your toes on the ground. Engage your core muscles to stabilize your body. Then, while maintaining the plank position, gently press your elbows into the ball, driving it forward a few inches. Hold this position for a moment, feeling the increased engagement in your core, before returning to the starting position. Repeat the movement, focusing on controlled and deliberate motions to challenge your core stability and strength further.
