(C2) Bird Dog Holds

To perform a bird dog hold, start on your hands and knees with your wrists aligned under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Extend one arm forward and the opposite leg backward to create a straight line from fingertips to toes, engaging your core muscles to stabilize your body. Hold this position for a set duration while maintaining balance and control, then switch sides to target both sides of the core effectively.
